Karyawan yang bekerja di sini memakai baju seperti layakya sedang berada di kawasan kontruksi. Ini menjadi daya tarik pelanggan dan nilai keunikan tersendiri. "toko martabak kekinian yang mempunyai konsep open kitchen. customer dilayani oleh kasir dan beberapa juru masak yang menggunakan setelan tukang bertopi proyek dan safety google. antrian cukup banyak, namun proses pembuatan martabak relatif cepat sekitar 10-15 menit sejak pesanan dicatat. pembayaran dapat menggunakan cash maupun dengan aplikasi dompet digital ovo, dan gopay. area parkir tersedia cukup proper untuk roda dua, namun untuk roda empat rasanya sangat terbatas. ada petugas parkir yang membantu kendaraan untuk menepi. fasilitas ruang tunggu pesanan berupa kursi dan beberapa meja kayu (bisa juga untuk dine in disini). sayangnya tidak terlihat toilet untuk customer disini. mungkin kalau memang ada, bisa diberikan papan penunjuk toilet agar customer yang menunggu bisa pakai. jika malas datang ketempat ini, pemesanan juga bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi ojek online."
